PERSOLKELLY is looking for a Scientific Recruitment Consultant wanting to build a career with a contemporary brand, strong job security, significant earning potential, a refreshing team culture and leading career progression opportunities.

You don't necessarily need recruitment experience to join us. If you have an interest in the Scientific industry, have an excellent customer service attitude, determination, and passion to succeed - we can teach you the rest

**What will you be doing?**
- Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients, with a focus on Scientific roles
- Continuously focusing on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
- Investing the time to truly understand our customers so that we can be the best at delivering great value

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- Experience working within a STEM Recruitment environment is desirable but not essential
- Experience working in a professional environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's
- Tertiary qualification in a Scientific discipline is highly regarded
- Previous experience working with multiple stakeholders and meeting their needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
