**About the Role**:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable casual disability support workers to join our team across Brisbane. You will be providing support to many clients on our roster whom all have varying disabilities. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, community access, personal cares and short-term accommodation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centred support to clients
- Assist clients with daily living tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with other support workers to ensure the client's needs are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate shift notes.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company communication protocols

**Criteria**:

- Experience working with individuals with people with a disability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Current NDIS credentials
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (some weekend work available)
- Resilience and willingness to learn
