**In this role, you'll**:
You will support our Professional Standard and Conduct team to manage complex or serious conduct and performance matters as well as providing advice and support for other employment related matters which may require performance management, remedial or disciplinary action, alternative dispute resolution or other resolution strategies in order to be resolved.

You will play an important and proactive role to support stakeholders to adopt appropriate strategies for managing performance or conduct matters whilst focusing on the impact these processes and decisions have on the wellbeing and welfare of all employees involved including respondents, complainants, and other workplace participants.

You will provide expert advice and support, including coaching/mentoring to people managers and People Partners, on the management of conduct or performance matters including end-to-end case management responsibilities from assessment through to implementation of outcomes.

You will play a critical role in guiding decision-makers to ensure outcomes are proportionate and reasonable and to ensure procedural and substantive fairness and natural justice is afforded during case management processes.

You will have the skills necessary to assess, gather and review evidence in order to provide timely, accurate and appropriate advice to stakeholders throughout the case management lifecycle.

**About you**

You will have demonstrated experience in case management, workplace investigations, resolving complaints or grievances, and / or management or providing advisory support for misconduct and performance matters.

You will have proven experience in providing advice and manage complex employee relations matters to ensure ethics and professional standards issues are managed fairly and appropriately and pragmatic resolutions are achieved in an efficient and effective way.
