Join **Bene Aged Care** as a **Lifestyle Assistant** at our St. Clair site and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. In this role, you’ll plan and deliver engaging activities that promote well-being and connection, helping residents thrive in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver meaningful group and individual activities tailored to residents' needs
- Support new residents as they settle into their environment and advocate for their well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure activities meet aged care quality standards
- Monitor residents' health and social well-being, reporting changes to the Registered Nurse
- Adhere to WH&S policies to maintain a safe, positive environment

**About You**
- Compassionate and creative, with a strong commitment to resident-centered care
- Skilled in planning and implementing activities that enhance residents' quality of life
- Collaborative and a strong communicator, thriving in a team environment
- Passionate about improving the lives of older Australians

**Essential Criteria**
- Current National Police Certificate
- Driver’s License
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Manual Handling experience
- Understanding of aged care-related issues

**Desirable Criteria**
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
- Knowledge of aged care standards and dementia care processes
- Italian-speaking ability
