**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As part of our diverse team based in **Melbourne**, you’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the main purpose of this role to process access to information requests in accordance with legislation and guidelines. To advise and assist staff and stakeholders in queries related to the release of documentation, processes, and legislative requirements.

This will be a **full time**, **permanent **position based in the **Melbourne CBD** with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing the highest standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in line with EML values
- Accurate and timely processing of ATI requests
- High volume of record management related activities
- Utilising multiple systems at one time

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate
- Knowledge of the relevant worker’s compensation legislation and regulations
- Health insurance
