**What You Will Be Doing**

Post Graduate students are valued and integral members of the Peninsula Health multidisciplinary team. Throughout the program students deliver specialist nursing care at the level of a developing learner commensurate with the level of knowledge acquired through practical experience and academic knowledge. Post Graduate students work closely with clinical educators to meet requirements of the program.
We offer a friendly and supportive clinical learning environment with an experienced educator to offer clinical support, education and guidance. Designated study days will assist you further in consolidating the theoretical and practical elements of the course. There is also an opportunity to experience clinical time in the cardio-angiography suite.
You will become proficient in ECG interpretation and rhythm analysis, pacing and telemetry, chest pain management and all aspects of cardiac nursing. This is a busy cardiac unit with rich learning opportunities.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- A minimum of one year post registration experience in an acute area.
