Preliminary Investigations Co-ordinator

What are we looking for?

We have an exciting new role in our Legal Operations team in Melbourne. This is a full time opportunity based in Melbourne however flexible work arrangements or other locations will be considered.

This role will have you responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoicing and other administrative tasks related to this area. Your daily tasks will include but not limited to:

- ensure timely, accurate and consistent processing of invoicing
- liaise internally with Legal Teams to resolve any invoicing issues
- respond to queries and phone calls from internal staff, resolving issues and concerns
- build relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- provide reporting of agreed key metrics when required
- maintain data quality
- participate in the training of staff
- assist with overflow in the Preliminary Investigations Team
- other duties as required

What will you bring?
- Experience in administration, accounts or legal support preferred but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems
