OddProd delivers boxes of 'odd' shaped fruit and vegetables, that have been rejected by supermarkets, to people’s homes.

Our mission is to create a sustainable yet affordable alternative to regular grocery shopping.

**The Role**:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our startup as Warehouse Packers. As the business grows, there is ample room for career advancement and increased responsibility within operations/logistics. This role is perfect for someone looking for start-up/ small business experience.

To be successful:

- Previous working experience in Warehouse logistics/packing preferred but not essential.
- Casual or Contractor Position to begin with: $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
- Currently, the role is performed on Mondays and Tuesday, with additional working days available in the future.
- Shifts vary from 6 to 12 hours per day between the hours of 5AM to 7PM. Flexible arrangements can be discussed.
- Ability to stand and move on your feet for 6-8+ hours.
- Physically fit and able to frequently lift between 10kg-20kg.
- Great communication and time management skills, and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual to arranged shifts.
- Clean and professional presentation is required.
- Access to own transportation desired but not essential (currently located in Pennant Hills)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
