This is an initial 6 month contract opportunity with a very competitive daily rate - Hybrid.
**Your new company**
Hays has partnered with a leading Australian Telco company who is currently looking for a Technical Tester to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with a view to extend. You will be part of a large Transformation Program.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Familiar with standard Log/event ingestion models for SIEM technology (ArcSight, Qradar, Splunk)
- Familiar with Industrial Standard Common Event Format (CEF)
- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with Microfocus ArcSight technology
- Critical knowledge of event normalization (FlexConnector Development - Regex, JSON, SQL, API, Custom scripting)
- Familiar with Administrate Linux/Unix systems e.g. (RHEL)
- Familiar with Linux/Unix+ Application and Security infrastructure Auditing
- Hands-on experience with SOC and MSSP capability
