**About the company**:
Our client, a leading Australian carpark operator with excellent market share, is looking for a Valet Manager to join their team at the Sydney Airport.

**About the role**:
In this role you will be tasked with ensuring the customers have a positive experience from when they enter the carpark until their departure. You will be tasked with managing a team of valet drivers and cashiers, in addition to, handling customer comments/complaints and claims. This is a customer service role requiring excellent communication skills and team management.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Drawing from your communication skills as well as your success in hospitality or retail, you will focus on ensuring the carpark runs smoothly. You will be someone who is able to build rapport quickly and have team members respect you.

This role is located close to Sydney Airport so may suit an individual who prefers to be located close to home, with parking onsite included for the successful applicant.

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role you will be someone who leads a team effectively and is good at motivating others. You will also have the following:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient verbal/written communications kills
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
