Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Parramatta as a Valet Parking Attendant, where you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

You’ll be proactive, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering premium valet services to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and professional parking experience.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers to enhance their valet experience.
- Greeting and assisting customers upon arrival and departure from the centre.
- Safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles, delivering a seamless and premium valet experience.
- Supporting valet services by helping guests with parking, opening car doors, and assisting them as they exit their vehicles.
- Ensuring smooth traffic flow in the valet area.

This role is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, with a particular focus on weekdays.

- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality or guest services; valet experience is desirable.
- A willingness to go the extra mile for customers and retailers, enhancing their experience.
- Confidence in parking customer vehicles and assisting customers in a busy retail setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A valid full Australian driver’s license (Manual/Auto).
