**About Us**
Our client is a multinational organization and specializes in installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment in Food manufacturing companies in Australia. Due to a significant growth, they are currently recruiting Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager you will be responsible for
- Full function accounts payable activities, including checking, coding and processing a high volume of invoices.
- Work with state-of-the-art finance systems and programs including Pronto.
- Create and maintain supplier accounts.
- Perform reconciliations of various accounts including monthly supplier and purchase variance accounts.
- Perform reconciliations of outstanding purchase order reports.
- Reconciliation of aged trial balance for suppliers.
- Verification and processing of employee expense claims.
- Assist with End of Month (EOM) and End of Financial year (EPFY) activities.
- Other tasks as directed by the accounts payable supervisor or the Financial Accountant

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance desirable but not mandatory
- Previous experience using an ERP. Pronto experience is highly advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Business and Commercial Acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Strong sense of organisation and time management skills.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure when required.
- A solid understanding of customer service with a team player personality.
