**About the Role**:
As a Graduate Waste Management Officer, you will:

- Prepare waste management reports to support planning approvals and design processes
- Develop tailored waste strategies for a diverse range of developments - including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects
- Collaborate closely with traffic engineers, urban planners, architects, and developers to ensure seamless integration between access design, waste servicing, and building layouts
- Stay current with relevant waste legislation, local council requirements, and best practice guidelines
- Contribute to projects that **influence smarter, more sustainable design outcomes in new land use and building developments**:

- **Promote sustainable waste management solutions in line with best practice and Green Star objectives**

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone who is:

- A recent graduate or diploma-holder in **Environmental Engineering**, **Environmental Science**, **Sustainability**, or a related discipline.
- A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
