We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated graduate to join our dynamic team as an Environmental Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong passion for improving waste management processes and contributing to the development of sustainable solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a range of tasks including onsite landfill construction quality assurance, report writing, environmental monitoring, supporting proposal development and input to various waste management and resource recovery projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting site inspections and monitoring environmental conditions
  • Preparing and submitting reports on project progress and outcomes
  • Providing technical support and advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Assisting in the development of proposals and tenders for new projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering (minimum credit average)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
  • Enthusiasm for a career in Waste and Resource Recovery, underpinned by a knowledge and understanding of this sector
  • Well-developed report writing skills
  • Victorian Driver's license
