We’re never just satisfied with how things are - because we know how things could be. And it’s our expert teams who forge ahead every day to make those ‘what ifs’ a reality.

Welcome to a place where you can chase real progress and drive real change. And that includes your own career. Being a part of Suncorp means being switched on, endlessly curious and always adaptable. In return, you’ll be supported to bring your own ideas to the table and challenge conventions - with the aim of making life a little brighter, simpler and better for our customers and each other.

**About the role**:
This is your opportunity to join a newly established team on a 6-month fixed term contract where you will gain exposure to the new CPS230 regulation currently being implemented.

Working for one of Australia’s leading Insurers, the Third-Party Risk Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks such as updating user guides, managing the team mailbox, working with stakeholders to escalate issues, and supporting the project implementation team across varying elements of Supplier Risk management, as we ready for this new regulatory implementation.

Suncorp has an enviable culture, and you will be fully supported in this newly formed role where you will have the chance to learn more about CPS230. It is essential that you thrive in a small team environment, work collaboratively, and have a flexible mind-set.

**What you’ll do**:

- Build and manage trusted relationships with the business, advocating for the desired third-party risk culture and improving risk capability and maturity throughout the business through coaching and support
- Develop strong relationships with leaders across the Group providing representation, advice and input
- Provide process support to Stakeholders for the Third-Party Risk management system and escalate where needed for additional support
- Provide advice to the business based on insights derived from internal and external data trends and forecasts
- Provide oversight of the implementation of frameworks and policy and to support achievement of third-party risk management

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance, banking, or financial services (eg highly regulated industries)
- Minimum 1 year third party risk management experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders (particularly the ability to effectively explain and convey messages at differing levels)
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
- High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change
- Strong negotiation skills demonstrated across internal stakeholder management contexts

**What we can offer you**:

- Discounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance products.
- A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks secondary carer leave, and unlimited paid emergency response leave.
- Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.
- Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave.
- Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.
