**The Role**

This role will see you manage the delivery of all activities related to our Land C4 Systems Branch Integrated Work Package (IWP) for Defence, including managing the team assigned to the IWP. You will oversee, coordinate and control projects within the IWP and act as the main point of contact for the client. A focus on building client relationships, team relationships, and managing KBR’s partnerships will be key to this role, with a view to maximising business opportunities within the agreed operating structure.

Additionally this role will have responsibility for budgeting and cost management of the IWP, as well as risk management, reporting, governance and quality assurance.

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**
- Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing teams of various technical and non-technical professionals
- Extensive experience in management of deliverables-based projects
- CASG Experience (gates 0-2)
- Demonstrated experience within Defence and/or Defence Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in management of finances, contracts, and performance reporting
- Engineering and/or Project Management qualifications
- Experience in similar role within Defence or Defence Industry
- **_ Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one (NV1 or NV2 will only be considered)_**
