An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced **Manager** to join our **Patient Experience Unit.**
**About the** Patient Experience Unit**
The Patient Experience Unit leads and supports the strategic and operational direction for patient experience at Austin Health.
The Patient Experience Unit sits within the Patient Safety & Clinical Excellence Division. The Patient Safety and Clinical Excellence Division is located within the Directorate of the Chief Medical Officer and provides leadership and oversight of systems and processes that enable the delivery of safe, effective and appropriate care for our patients.
**About the role**
The Patient Experience Unit Manager works in collaboration with the Associate Director of Patient Experience to develop, implement and facilitate systems and processes which promote an organisational culture, committed to improving patient experience, including management of Austin Health’s feedback mechanisms.
The Patient Experience Unit Manager provides operational leadership to the Patient Experience Unit, by exploring, investigating and championing new innovative service delivery models and collaborating with others to enable effective implementation.
Harnessing and analysing performance data, the Patient Experience Manager has a critical role in the identification of emerging trends, reported to the Patient Experience Unit and communicating trends effectively and efficiently to relevant staff within organisation.
