The successful applicant is to be experienced in Level 3 Desktop Support including Incident Management (Preferably with HP Service Manager) Change Management and Problem Management,, and have a strong knowledge in multiple technologies including Microsoft SCCM (MECM), PowerShell, Advanced Group Policy Management, and Applications Packaging and Deployment. Additionally the applicant will need to provide support and advice to colleagues and level 2 team members through one on one training and knowledge articles.

**Skills/Training Desired**:

- Microsoft SCCM and/or Intune
- MOE / SOE, Task Sequence and Advanced Group Policy Management
- Applications Packaging (both native and App-V), including PowerShell and VBScript
- Citrix Server and VDI environments
- Understanding of Microsoft O365 and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS or similar)
- Symantec Anti-Virus and End Point Management
- Industry Certifications highly desirable (specifically Microsoft and Cloud certification)
- ITIL V3 Certification Highly desired

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- The existing environment is based Windows 10, with a key focus on moving to cloud and shared services.
- This environment is ever-expanding and evolving, so lots of on the job learning and problem solving is required. \
- You will also work directly with the Desktop Manager and the rest of the team for client and vendor meetings, forums and Project engagements, where required.
