The System Analyst will be responsible for the design and configuration of new functional solutions.

**Your new role**
As the System Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities will be;
- Manage a small team of Solution Designers including setting priorities, managing resources (performance, health & wellbeing), and assisting with the development of work plans to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Perform high-level analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements, propose and create conceptual and logical ICT solution designs, including documentation (blueprints/solution specifications)
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements and best practice in processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, suggest alternative approaches, solve problems and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
- Define, plan, document and architect the design of solutions.
- Create conceptual and logical business solution design (i.e. blueprint, solution design documents) and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
- Participate in project reviews, create and implement action plans to bring escalated projects back on track.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2+ years’ experience as a systems analyst.
- Experience working in an Agile Environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-level analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
