
Recruiter/mobilization Coordinator

Representing the company to both new recruits and Client counterparts

- Experience in Civils Construction HR/ Administration is desirable
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Completing compliance checks, booking medicals, fulfilling site access requirements, issuing flights and contracts
- Booking client specific travel & accommodation requirement
- High volume recruitment phone calls and onboarding activities
- Managing labour lists and site entry documentation
- HR support to staff and management
- Administrative support to staff and management
- End to end recruitment including onboarding and inductions of new employees.
- Assisting with auditing of ISO accreditations
- Updating social media
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges
- Assess applicants 'relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Completing compliance checks, booking medicals, fulfilling site access requirements
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Previous experience in Civil Construction industry desirable
**Essential requirements**
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Confident to communicate and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in managing conflicting work fronts and priorities
- Experience using DAMSTRA (Desirable)
- Positive attitude with drive to get the job done
**Skills required**:
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at varying levels for external clients and internal team
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience in an Administration or HR role would be highly regarded
