**We are looking for a customer service superstar**

Steelx is an industry leader in the design, engineering, and marketing of pre-engineered steel buildings. We are looking for a person dedicated to providing our customers a well organised, personal, hassle-free buying experience by providing them with a friendly and efficient point of contact.

Customer Support is available from start to after sales (when the building is constructed and that might be a year or so down the track) so we are more than an ‘initial’ point of enquiry.

**About the role**

You will be working for an Industry-leading Steel Building Company in Robina.

Your role will be to provide support and service to our existing customers across Australia (no cold calling or sales). The Customer Service Team is a small team of friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated staff reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

A level of specific technical knowledge will be taught to you over time, however, basic knowledge or background in the building industry will be a bonus, but not a requirement. Your role will involve the liaison with third party suppliers and advisors in order to resolve issues arising, and effective written communication skills is key. Customer service experience and an understanding/competence with Microsoft packages are also a prerequisite to the job.

**What we provide**

**Job Type**: Full time position 37.5 hours a week with a 30 min lunch. Actual start-finish hours to be negotiated.

**Salary**: starting at $55,000.00 per year and moves with tenure and seniority

Necessary hardware to perform the requirements of the position
