Bunbury, Australia FADC Dental Group Full time

If you pride yourself with getting the job done, organised and love numbers, we have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced **Accounts Receivable Administrator/ Reception Support personnel** in our busy Dental surgeries.

**Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Administrator will include but not limited to**:

- Manage the account receivables for the surgeries
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide a high standard of support to the Dental Receptionists
- Data entry for payroll
- Banking and reconciliation

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Sound or basic understanding of accounting principles
- Intermediate Excel & words skills
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, analytical and communication skills

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Benefits**:

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
