Are you a driven financial professional seeking an opportunity to make a significant impact in the infrastructure investment sector? We are a leading unlisted infrastructure fund looking for a talented and motivated Investment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the unlisted infrastructure space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Financial Modeling**: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess the feasibility and financial viability of potential unlisted infrastructure investments.
- ** Due Diligence**: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on investment opportunities, analyzing market conditions, financial performance, and regulatory considerations.
- ** Deal Execution**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of unlisted infrastructure investments, from initial analysis through to deal closing.
- ** Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities within the unlisted infrastructure sector.
- ** Risk Management**: Assess and quantify risks associated with potential investments, providing recommendations on risk mitigation strategies.

**Background and experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial modelling and analysis, with a focus on unlisted infrastructure investments.
- Strong understanding of project finance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management principles in the infrastructure sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
