**Venue Supervisor - Merrywell**

An exciting position has become available for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the Perth Merrywell team as a
**Venue**
**Supervisor**.
**The Merrywell** is a fun and entertaining pub atmosphere that’s open every day of the week, you will get the opportunity to work various shifts, spending time in both the bar and on the floor.

**Essential criteria**:

- Great leadership skills with experience coaching, training, and supporting a team a large team
- Sound knowledge of staff allocation and delegation of duties
- Extensive wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
- 24/7 availability **including late nights**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem solving skills
- A passion for delivering a high standard of customer service
- Experience with financial objectives including stock control and rostering
- Currently hold or happy to obtain an Approved Managers card
- Strong communication skills
- Creative and service orientated with good organisational and multi-tasking skills
