**Atrium Buffet** has become the quintessence of buffet dining in Perth. Set within the luxurious Crown Metropol Perth lobby, Atrium Buffet is Perth’s premium buffet dining venue.
- The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the coordination of all training and development activities within the Atrium Restaurant according to business requirements. You will lead by example and maintain & manage the high quality customer service we deliver and supervise the day to day operations reporting into the Assistant Manager.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum 2 years working in a supervisory or management position
- 5 - 7 years hospitality experience (Ideally within Food & Beverage)
- Strong communication skills and excellent leadership qualities
- Demonstrated competency of food & beverage product and business knowledge
- Exceptional planning, communication and conflict negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence all levels of management and employees.
- Previously worked within a 5 star organisation is preferred
