**About the Role**

As a casual Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play an important role in the smooth running of our Morwell clinic, stepping in during periods of staff annual leave or illness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming patients and managing check-ins with warmth and professionalism
- Managing phone calls and appointment scheduling
- Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Maintaining a calm, organised, and friendly front desk environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Availability on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, with additional flexibility as needed
- A friendly, confident demeanour and genuine interest in people
- An enthusiasm for wellness and holistic healthcare
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A calm, can-do attitude and a professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills to ensure patients feel at ease

Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is welcomed but not required as we provide full training and ongoing support.
