**About the Role**:
This **casual** position is perfect for someone looking to work a shift a week and fill in during staff leave while still being part of a supportive and fun team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and enthusiasm
Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
Processing payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS
Assisting with product sales (supplements, etc.) - training provided
Creating a calm and professional atmosphere for patients
