**What You'll Do**:
As a Technician at Youngs WA, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our **Service Team**. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing diagnosis of varying degrees of difficulty
- Conducting thorough safety inspections on vehicles
- Identify and report additional recommended work
- Performing services and repairs to the highest of standards
- Developing your existing skill sets keeping them relevant in the changing technical landscape
- Collaborating with team members to tackle projects and meet deadlines.
- Providing exceptional service to our valued customers, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment at all times.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Experienced**: You have a solid background as an Automotive Technician. With a Current Western Australian Driver’ License.

**Detail-Oriented**: You take pride in your work and pay close attention to the little things that make a big difference.

**Team Players**: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with others to achieve common goals.

**Problem-Solver**s: You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on, finding creative solutions along the way.
