**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate **Cluster Revenue Manager** to join our WA Revenue team who oversees the revenue management function of Marriott’s Premium and Select brands in Perth.

Be **mentored** by a highly experienced Cluster Director of Market Strategy as you work within a high-performing Revenue team. This is a great opportunity for someone with revenue management experience to continue to grow in their next role.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, as well as maintain the accuracy of the information and enhance automation efforts in the reservation system.
- Use Marriott Revenue Management tools to manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions and communicates rate restrictions and strategy to properties.
- Compile revenue management month-end reporting and auditing and provide forward-looking information for the purposes of forecasting, targeting need areas and balancing financial expectations.
- Provides revenue management functional expertise to general managers, leadership teams and market sales leaders

**You will have**:

- **Data analysis skills** - analyse and summarize detailed data to make strategic recommendations.
- **Research skills **- collate information from a variety of sources to gain insight into trends and future demand patterns.
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- **Excel, Word and Outlook savvy**:

- **Revenue Management** - minimum 2 years prior experience with revenue management concepts, processes and strategies is preferred
