We are looking for security professionals who are available on an as-needed basis for upcoming shifts. This is a great opportunity for experienced security personnel or those looking for flexible work arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide a strong security presence to ensure the safety of clients, staff, and the public.
Monitor premises, crowds, and high-risk areas to prevent security breaches.
Respond to incidents, handle conflicts professionally, and report security concerns.
Operate CCTV and other security monitoring systems (for control room operators).
Offer personal protection for VIPs (for bodyguard roles).
Enforce venue or site policies and manage access control.

**Requirements**:
Valid **Victorian Security Licence** (relevant for your role). **Current First Aid & CPR Certificate** (preferred).
**Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)** (for nightclub and bar roles).
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Strong observational and decision-making abilities.
Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work at short notice, including nights and weekends.
