Alto Volkswagen North Shore located in Artarmon, is currently seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Volkswagen and CUPRA Parts Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and become a valuable member of our parts department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming Volkswagen and CUPRA parts and accessories.
- Learn to accurately pick and pack parts for customer orders and service department requests.
- Support the Parts Store Person in maintaining the parts inventory, including shelving and binning.
- Collaborate with the Parts Interpreter and service technicians to ensure efficient parts management.
- Learn to process parts returns and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department.
- Embrace training opportunities to expand your knowledge of Volkswagen and CUPRA vehicles and their parts.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable work ethic.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy parts when required.
- Completion of or enrollment in relevant automotive courses or apprenticeship programs is advantageous but not essential.
