**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on Volkswagen and CUPRA parts, accessories, and technical specifications.
- Identify and interpret customer needs and assist in finding the correct parts or components.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other staff members to ensure the availability of required parts and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to optimize efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Stay updated on the latest Volkswagen and CUPRA product knowledge and participate in training programs as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a parts interpreter role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of Volkswagen and/or CUPRA vehicles and their respective parts is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogues.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
