**About the role**:
Seeking an energetic individual to carry out the daily duties to ensure a smoothly run warehouse.

This includes control of stock, all dispatches, packaging, operation of forklift and safety in the warehouse.

**Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to**:

- Picking, packing
- Invoicing & dispatching
- Customer’s orders
- Assess stock usage and maintain correct stock levels
- Receive and label new stock into Warehouse
- Administer warranty replacements, repairs and credits
- Return goods to Supplier for warranty repair or replacement
- Administer the modification, standardizing & testing of new equipment as required
- Manage / organize storage area
- Manage Demonstration & Trial Products and organize freight to and from events Conduct cyclic and end of year stocktakes
- Conduct investigation into stock discrepancies
- Invoice and Dispatch all New Zealand customer orders
- Assist with GRA processes and procedures
- Liaise with freight companies to book and follow up deliveries, and obtain POD’s Follow up repairs and pre sale testing with Technical
- Receive and dispatch repairs
- Supply spare parts and stock from Trading to Technical staff
- Minimize relevant expenses i.e. freight, packaging

**Must have**:
Fork Lift License.

5 years experience in similar role.

Own transport.
