We are the largest cancer charity in NSW and our point of difference is that we work across every area of every cancer, from research right through to support. **About the team** Based in our Woolloomooloo office reporting to the Campaigns Specialist, the role of Campaigns Coordinator sits in the Campaigns Unit within the Marketing & Fundraising Division. The Marketing & Fundraising Division is responsible for income generation through the channels of Campaigns, Direct Marketing, Gifts in Wills, Partnerships and Major Gifts. The Campaigns Team has a diverse portfolio of over 9 events and raises over $12 million a year. The team have full channel responsibilities and are working to create a profitable portfolio of mature, growth and innovation campaigns. **About the role** The purpose of this role will be to deliver campaign plans which grow Cancer Council's supporter base, deepen loyalty and increase overall revenue and profitability of the campaigns portfolio. **Key responsibilities of the role**: - Work with internal stakeholders to deliver campaign objectives to time and budget. - Work on the creation of campaign materials that are in line with the visual and verbal brand of the organisation. - Create acquisition and conversion direct marketing (online and offline) to achieve campaign objectives and use data to drive continuous improvement for the channel. - Take a test and learn approach to campaign activity, testing segmentation, tactics and creative to drive continuous improvement. - Undertake campaign and channel reporting to inform optimisations and strategies. - Complete post campaign analysis to inform strategic planning for each campaign. - Undertake all administrative tasks required to fulfil the campaigns. **About you** Well-developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will be essential, along with: - Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as business and/or marketing, or equivalent demonstrated relevant experience. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and being able to multitask / work across numerous projects at any given time. - Experience in developing marketing materials and implementing marketing campaigns. - Basic understanding of data driven marketing channels (edms, direct mail, digital) - Demonstrated skills in working with teams to help achieve income targets. - Initiative to manage own workload as well as work within a close team environment. - Strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail. - High level Microsoft office skills (excel, word and PowerPoint). - Experience in administrative support. - Desirable -office 365 experience, exposure to web analytics tools (particularly Google Analytics) and specific experience in digital marketing (including social, SEM and SEO). **About the benefits** - Work for purpose and know that your work fosters an engaged, diverse and culturally aware organisation. - Access to flexible work arrangements including a balanced approach to WFH and office. - Generous salary packaging options that can increase your take home pay by paying certain expenses using pre-tax dollars up to $15,900 a year. - Additional performance-based leave available. - Discounts available for everyday expenses such as private health, retail, and fitness. - Recognised for Voice Project's 2021 "Best Workplace" and "Change Champion" Award.
