**About the role**:
Our Trade Centres provide a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, offering our commercial customers a service, delivering bulk quantities of stock to work sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manager their project with a ‘whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders’ lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up. Everything from timber, insulation, cladding, windows, doors and appliances. Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.

As a Trade Centre Supervisor, you will provide support to the senior leadership team and act as a continual support to oversee workflow, set ting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations of the trade centre run smoothly.

**What’s involved**:

- Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
- Coach the team on the right service behaviours
- Assist with inducting and training the team
- S upporting the team with p ick and pack ing customer orders where required
- Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time
- Coordinate stock, loading and unloading products on delivery trucks

**You’ll**need**:

- Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
- An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team
- Recent experience in a customer service role ideally within a pick and pack environment
- Have an eagerness to learn about new products
- A current forklift licence is preferable, but not essential
