Dynamic, highly regarded investment management firm that deliver investment and social returns is seeking a Corporate Affairs Associate to join their collaborative team. Reporting to the CEO, this is a critical role that will work with the broader team, the external pro bono fund managers, not-for-profits and liaise with the broader Asset Management communications and finance teams to ensure all shareholder engagement, communications, marketing, and brand initiatives are strategically aligned and constantly improved.

**You will be responsible for**:

- **Communications **- participate in designing and executing strategic projects related to public policy, marketing, social impact and communications
- Ensure consistency of brand across all communications, including look-and-feel and tone-of-voice, through editing, proof reading and formatting communication and marketing material.
- **Marketing** - regular updates to websites and preparation of presentations
- Assist in the management of social media channels and monitor inquiries and trends.
- Manage CRM tools including Pardot and Salesforce
- Support the annual events program including half yearly roadshows, fund manager and not-for-profit engagement
- **Social Impact**:

- work with the Social Impact Manager on key impact initiatives
- Assist the Social Impact Manager with the yearly donation voting program, including managing the timeline and maintaining quality data

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualification with a focus on either Media & Communications, Commerce, Finance or Business Administration
- Keen interest in funds management, investment management and financial services. Ideally, you have an interest in joining or have experience in a philanthropic workplace
- Proven experience working in a similar role in Marketing, Communications or Corporate Affairs
- Passionate about making a difference for shareholders and the community. Excited to join a team that champions its community and contributes to several initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills
- First-class attention to detail
- Proactive and able to find more efficient ways to work or deliver a task
- Quick learner and interested in developing new skill sets, receiving training and development opportunities
- CRM experience would be highly regarded
