**About the role**

This role is part of a newly established Quality and Improvement team focused on promoting excellence in clinical service delivery. As our Clinical Supervisor you will be part of internal working groups and change programs and have the ability to influence operational decisions. You will be the go-to person in your field of practice and will provide expert advice to influence and inform a variety of decisions and actions from recruiting new staff, to training and induction programs and quality systems.

**Duties**
- Your aim as our Clinical Supervisor is to ensure TBS is recognised as a provider of outstanding clinical services
- Support practitioners with their delivery of services including time management, client treatment, diagnosis, recommendations and client confidentiality/file management
- Ensure staff use evidence-based interventions and practice to improve client outcomes while meeting NDIA standards and deadlines

**Skills and Experience**
- Specialise in Behavioural Support with in-depth knowledge of the NDIS Capability Framework
- In-depth knowledge of legislation in either NSW, SA or both is essential
- Strong clinical supervision experience (ideally at least 5 years clinical experience) to staff working with complex clients in the NDIS environment
- Expertise in the NDIS requirements of Behaviour Support including but limited to; deadlines, restrictive practices, and implementation of plans
- Previous experience working with children, adults and parents/care givers where the clients have complex needs
- Ability to provide supervision via technology or delivering supervision to regional locations
- Demonstrated ability to professionally supervise new and more experienced practitioners, monitoring professional standards and complex ethical issues
