**About You**

You are a passionate leadership and management expert ready to embark on a rewarding teaching career. Your commitment to staying current with industry trends will ensure that your students are well-prepared to meet the challenges of this ever-changing field

You will have:

- Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
- A commitment to continue to develop Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
