**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the ICT and Information Systems team as a **Manager ICT and Information Systems, Business Account Manager** in a **full time, ongoing capacity**.

As the Manager ICT and Information Systems, Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the SLA between ICT Services and the Network. In this capacity the position provides a professional point of contact and interface between the Network and ICT Services. The incumbent will oversee, facilitate, and ensure the delivery of effective and appropriate ICT services and support WCHN including contributing to the determination and delivery of Network requirements and the provision of education, induction and guidance across the Network.

In WCHN the position will contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives through managing the interface between the business and ICT Services in:

- New business requests / requirements
- Service level agreements, development and ongoing monitoring
- ICT Operational matters regarding existing systems.
- Monitors service level performance in relation to business needs and requirements.
- Voice Communications

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will use your ability to manage to the spirit and principles of the premier’s safety Commitment and the legislative requirements of the _Work Health and Safety Act 2012_ (SA), utilising AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management
- Principles and Guidelines, or to an equivalent set of standards. You will also use your demonstrated ability in understanding the needs and requirements of complex matrix of customers / stakeholders and successfully balancing their competing demands and in building a climate of trust to facilitate open communications between people.

If you have significant experience leading and managing a team and in the management of SLAs including the development of guidelines and procedures to ensure effective execution of SLAs, then this role is for you.

We are also seeking considerable experience of managing in demanding and complex health environments that have highly visible stakeholders and the proven experience in identifying, negotiating and managing service requirements and levels on behalf of the business. Lastly, proven senior level experience in the management of complex ICT projects and associated budgets, with positive outcomes is a must.
