- Your Role with Us:

- Mentorship: Help to guide our subcontractors and trade assistants, nurturing their growth and ensuring excellence at every step.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our estimator, ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled value at the best pricing.
- Execution: Ensure that every project, regardless of size or scope, is a testament to quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Communication: Liaise with our clients, and ensure we are meeting their requirements and expectations.

- The ideal Proserv Handyperson/Maintenance Technician is:

- An experienced professional in carpentry or building holding the necessary qualifications.
- A natural leader who inspires confidence and drives results.
- A meticulous planner with an unmatched attention to detail.
- An advocate for safety and quality.
- Comfortable with plastering, painting, rendering, bricklaying, fencing, roofing considered advantageous.

**Salary**: $45.00 - $54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
