Overview

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with trade experience looking for a stable role in operations? Join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining industrial facilities with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct safe and efficient maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and scheduled shutdowns.
- Support plant reliability and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records using CMMS.
- Participate actively in workplace health and safety practices and risk assessments.
- Manage tooling and critical spares for maintenance tasks.
- Provide after-hours call out support on a rotating basis.

Work Schedule

- 80 hours per fortnight on a 9-day fortnight roster.
- Typical days are 9-10 hours, from approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Hours can be adjusted to accommodate individual preferences upon request.

What We're Looking For

- Trade qualification in Fitting/Turning, Boilermaking, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of practical trade experience, preferably within an industrial environment.
- Mandatory licences: Manual Open Licence and Forklift High Risk Licence.
- Bonus: First Aid Certificate, Elevated Work Platform Licence, Confined Space Entry, and MR Rigid Licence.
- Strong commitment to health and safety, quality standards, and teamwork.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Ability to handle emergency call outs and work on a 24/7 on-call roster.
