We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to help us make contact with existing clients.

Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Record all customer contacts in the database
- Effectively dealing with all interactions with a positive, thoughtful and knowledgeable approach.
- Escalate or Respond to customer contacts received by the business

Skills & Experience

Experience in Food industry is an advantage
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- The ability to be confident in making decisions based on information provided
- Have clear telephone communication skills, quick to learn, positive minded and solutions focussed.
- Full training, support and direction will be provided
- Previous experience solving problems in a customer relation type environment.
