Well known Australian Lubricant company in Logan QLD area is looking for a Production Warehouse Supervisor to manage a team of warehouse and dispatch staff. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a successful business.

Your role as a Production Warehouse Supervisor will vary, you will get involved in various duties. You will look after production and the warehouse and will have a small team to manage.

In the Production area you will maintain daily/weekly production schedule ensuring quality, integrity, and reliability of the production process. Be responsible for inspection and maintenance of mechanical tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process. And Procurement of raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and transportation contracts.

In the Warehouse area you will manage a small team and oversee the accurate and timely pick pack and dispatch of customer orders, this will include monitoring inventory levels within current inventory and the management system. And review warehouse production policies and operating procedures.

This is a great position for someone that likes variety in their work. The position includes the following:

- Work hours Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm
- Number of direct reports - approx. 7 staff
- Role reports to the Company Director
- No shift work and generally no weekend work
- Onsite parking available

We are looking for someone with:

- **Management experience.**:

- **Chemical or Engineering background ideal**:

- **Dangerous Goods Lic an advantage.**:

- **Previous experience within a similar job**:

- **Forklift Lic**:

- **Warehouse and Production experience**:

- **Quality Assurance/Compliance in a manufacturing**:

- **Excellent communication skills.**:

- **Able to start now.**
