Established in 2008, our client is a reputable, boutique financial planning practice in Norwood, in beautiful, well-appointed offices.

The practice is led by an award-winning, highly credentialed Financial Planner, with 25 year’s experience in the financial services industry.

**About the role**

Reporting directly to the Principal Adviser, the Client Services Officer role is for someone who enjoys a diverse range of duties, is highly service focused and seeks a positive and supportive working environment.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end administrative duties for the client advice process.
- Prepare advice information packs for client meetings and presentations.
- Data entry into X-Plan - task management, new clients and fact finds.
- Prepare client forms and other paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with external partners and financial institutions and update client information.
- Making client appointments and follow-up phone calls.
- Manage workflow in line with service standards and well-developed task management and business processes.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Proven experience working in a Client Services / Financial Planning Assistant role within a financial planning firm.
- Experience with XPLAN software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Professional presentation and a positive approach to work.
