Our client is leading the way in multi-technical building services with divisions across audio visual, mechanical, fire, communication & electrical solutions Across Australia and New Zealand.
- **About the Role**:
Our client currently has opportunities for an experienced Payroll Officer to work within their Head Office. They are seeking someone who is eager to continue their Payroll career and work within a fast-paced environment. They are after someone who is confident using (iChris / Chris 21) software. This position is a contract however a permanent position may be considered for the right person.
- **Duties**:

- Support the end-to-end payroll function
- Analyse payroll data including wages, salaries and bonuses
- Support the Payroll Team Leader in documenting processes
- Perform payroll maintenance and ensure data is accurate
- Ensure employee files are up to date
- File employee/ payroll documentation electronically
- Perform duties as required eg. Assist with super, wage garnishment
- Provide account administration duties

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous high volume payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure & take initiative
