As our Social Media & Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence, engaging our community, and executing impactful events that strengthen our brand. From crafting compelling content to enjoying standout experiences, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do to connect, inspire, and grow our audience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Drive our digital presence by implementing a strategic social media plan that increases brand awareness, fosters engagement, and drives both online and in-person traffic.
- Stay ahead of social trends, leveraging fresh ideas and innovative approaches to keep our content dynamic and relevant.
- Create and manage high-quality, brand-aligned content that embodies our mission and sets new standards within the Community.
- Oversee content planning and execution, ensuring seamless scheduling, posting, and performance tracking to refine and improve strategies.
- Build and nurture our community, actively engaging with members, industry partners, and potential customers to create meaningful connections.
- Lead national marketing and event initiatives, ensuring all campaigns align with our brand values and strategic goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute key brand events, from small local group settings to large-scale experiences, driving excitement and brand visibility.
- Manage strategic partnerships, collaborating with aligned brands and stakeholders to enhance joint marketing efforts, content creation, and event releases.
- Analyse and optimise performance metrics, tracking the impact of social media, events, and partnerships to ensure alignment with business objectives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A creative, passionate, and results-driven marketer with experience in social media management and event coordination.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Experience in the Community, Outreach or wellness industry is a bonus but not essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
