The Melbourne Girls Grammar Early Learning Centre is inspired by the internationally renowned Reggio Emilia philosophy. Educators are critically reflective practitioners who hold a holistic view of children and their learning. With an aim of giving visibility to children’s learning, we offer a secure and safe environment where curiosity is encouraged, concepts are explored and discovery is celebrated. The children experience the power of learning together in large and small groups while still pursuing their own individual learning pathways.
Melbourne Girls Grammar is seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly skilled **Teacher of Early Learning** to join the ELC at our Merton Hall campus.
Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential as well as strong interpersonal communication skills, a passion for learning and the ability to maintain positive relationships. The ability to work and plan collaboratively with a team is essential.
Technology, including our School LMS, Seesaw, Notebooks and iPads are an integral part of the teaching and learning process at our School and it is expected teaching and learning will incorporate their use along with other technologies available to you. Knowledge and implementation of a variety of online and multimedia programs to support student learning is highly desirable.
