**What You Will Be Doing**

The At Home Services comprise Hospital in the Home, Acute Rehabilitation Program, At Home Subacute, Subacute Assessment Service. The aim of these programs is to support transition of patients from Inpatient settings to their preferred discharge destinations and to provide home based care.

The At Home Services Manager is a senior positions responsible for overseeing the provision of a responsive, timely and high quality service that delivers patient-centred care and supports patient flow throughout the organisation with multiple managers reporting to them.

The At Home Services manager is responsible for all areas of operational performance including budgets, activity targets, quality improvement, change management and key performance indicators and ensures the service, staff and resources are managed efficiently and effectively. In addition, the At Home Services manager is responsible for operational support of the program managers, both nursing and Allied Health, including management of staff, staff recruitment, ensuring mandatory training and quality targets are met and management of budgets as per the Instrument of Delegation. This position also ensures services have strong linkages with nursing and medical leadership as well as internal and external community providers.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Registered Nurse registration or Occupational Theripist
- Previous management experience
