As an integrated group, we focus on training, English courses, consulting, resource development, project planning and promoting an advanced educational philosophy to ensure high-quality education for our students. Wellington Education Group has collaborated and partnered with several education and training institutions as well as higher education providers for students’ future study. It is situated in a prime location close to public transport facilities and cafe district. You will work with a very friendly, supportive and progressive team. We are looking for an Administration Manager with a friendly, proactive disposition and a great work ethic to join our team. This role requires a motivated and hands-on attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out graphic design and typesetting of College publications, leaflets, flyers, posters, invitations and other documents.
- Plan, design, produce, maintain, and update College’s website.
- To work with the Director of Marketing and other colleagues on the digital production of the College’s publication materials, including short animation, imaging, presentation, audio and video clips.
- To work with departments across the College required, particularly Information Services.
- Carry out information publish of college website and social media platforms.
- Carry out design maintenance of college websites and social media platforms.
- Any other duties as reasonably directed by your supervisor.

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Exceptional time management, self-motivated and flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills and highly proficient with Adobe Suite
- Proficiency in English both oral and written.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
