Position**:Multimedia Specialist**

We are looking for a talented Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit multimedia content including videos, graphics, and animations.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to produce high-quality content.
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion.
- Creating multimedia presentation for frequent marketing events across Latam territory including Mexico.
- Work directly with our company web developer on online POS / e-commerce solution for Latam territory.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia production.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to multimedia production.
- Optimize multimedia content for various platforms and devices.
- Maintain an organized library of multimedia assets.
- Provide creative input and direction for multimedia projects.
- Conduct quality control checks on all multimedia content.
- Assist in the development of multimedia strategies and campaigns.
- Work under tight deadlines to deliver projects on time.
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed.

**Qualification and experience requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia or Social communication with focus on digital content or Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as multimedia specialist.
- Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and After
- Effects, etc
- Strong understanding of video, audio, and graphic design principles.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with 3D animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Portfolio of previous multimedia work
- Experience with social media platforms and optimizing content for various devices.
- Ability to provide creative input and direction for multimedia projects.

**Needed Skills**

Critical and essential understanding of International education industry with primary focus on LATAM region

Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)

**Work remotely: NO**

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday**

**Work Location: HQ - Sydney CBD office**

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
